Over time, we’ll write about diverse topics for both rents and landlords. We’ll let you in on some of our greatest secrets and tips that we have accumulated over the years.

Renters will learn about everything from how to find the perfect apartment to tips on dealing with difficult landlords.  Landlords will get great tips on topics including how to better market their property to student rents and what to do with unruly tenants. We’ll also let you know about any major upgrades to the site along with providing some tutorials on how to best take advantage of our services. And finally, we’ll throw in some random topics that we hope you’ll find interesting.

And if you don’t find it interesting, then you probably are no fun.
