We believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. For only $50 monthly pet rent, we welcome cats, and dogs for only $55 monthly pet rent. We do have breed restrictions for Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog), German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, Cane Corso, Husky, Chow Chow, and any Wolf Hybrid, Great Danes.
