Once a background check is completed and passed, there will be a one-time $150 admin fee per household. We now have several apartments we refer to as Core Housing where you must income qualify and rent is discounted. The Briq on 4th Street is a pet-friendly rental community of pet-friendly apartments in Bentonville, Arkansas. At The Briq on 4th Street, we believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have pet policies to accommodate pet ownership. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours. Residents are authorized to have up to two pets. A non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $300 per pet and a monthly charge of $20 per pet. Management reserves the right to determine breed restrictions. Cats must be spayed or neutered. No pet offspring will be allowed.
