Rivera Apartments believes that pet-friendly homes are an important part of life, which is why we accommodate pet ownership, and welcome cats and dogs. There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a $20.00 monthly rent fee per pet. We welcome all your well-behaved pets with no age, size, or breed restrictions.
