There are 2 living rooms & a very nice kitchen in between. 1 living room has beautiful wood burning fireplace, and the other opens up completely to the backyard patio that's huge.
There is a bran new samsung washer/dryer as of last week, and I dropped a water softener into the home that's amazing in this area of Scottsdale.
The 2 bedrooms I posted are what's available on tenants side of home, but please note the larger one doesn't quite look like this anymore because I tore down a few walls and made it huge. So it's just bigger.
I also have furnished the place with really amazing furniture, but since I just moved in 10/1, I'm still working on it and if you have stuff we can make it work.
