Description
Hillcrest Village I is our older community, built circa 1939. This community has one and two bedroom apartments, each slightly different. Some of the apartments have hardwood floors and some have carpeting and there are apartments with older kitchens and others with new kitchens. This community is known for its "character" and numerous floor plans to choose from. The buildings surround a beautiful, park-like courtyard.
Hillcrest Village II was built in 1986. This community has both one and two bedrooms and is the more modern apartment with the little extras Hillcrest Village I does not have, such as: central air conditioning, security doors, garbage disposals and dishwashers. This community is known for the wonderful closet space in the apartments. Some have a wood-burning fireplace and some have a balcony off of the living room.
Both of the communities are very nice and have features appealing to almost everyone. We take pride in our residents and our community, as we try our best to serve you.
