Varsity Quarters 1

Wisconsin has a lot going for it- beer, cheese, and friendly people who like to share those things- but, perhaps the best thing in the entire state are the Varsity Quarters apartments in Madison.

We could be biased since we have them listed at the link above, but let me make our case.

First, let’s talk location. Madison, Wisconsin has a lot going for it, the largest being the University of Wisconsin. That means that your apartment is centrally located, giving you all the perks of campus living without the many, many drawbacks associated.

Gross shared shower-rooms? Leave that in 2013. R.A.’s knocking on a Friday night? Not for us. Living with your friends and in a building full of more friends? Let’s keep that going.

You can click through the various units on the uCribs site and choose your favorite floor plan, too. We’re talking common rooms, yo! Options for one, two, three, or four people! Multiple bathrooms! Let that sink in for a moment; not only would you have a private bathroom but you’d have a back-up bathroom too. If that doesn’t sound like luxury, you haven’t been in dorms very long.

Varsity Quarters hits the precise levels of freedom and comfort that you’d want in college. Want pets? Pets are allowed. Furniture’s a thing, right? It comes with that. Can you cook? A sleek kitchen, fully furnished, packing granite counter-tops will make you feel like an adult and impress your parents. Not into cooking? There are restaurants in the building. That’s right; in the building. No more trekking into the Wisconsin for snacks.

In fact, let’s talk about the building for a second. There’s a 24 hour game-room, restaurants, little stores on the ground floor, an awesome gym, and free tanning. That’s all in your building. That’s all doable in your pajamas. I don’t know why you’d want free tanning, but come on- that’s an option. That’s a thing you can do here. Because this place is a carnival of awesome.

This place has a rare combination. It has what you want– freedom, space, a central building full of friends and freedom, free tanning and restaurants- combined with the basic things that you need, like standard furniture, a washer-dryer, air conditioning, space, private bathrooms, a real kitchen for adults, and, lastly, real sized-beds. Again, if you can’t appreciate that, you haven’t been in dorms long.

So go ahead and take a look; that’s what we’re here for. You can compare pictures, floor plans, and find your perfect fit, because with ten (yeah, ten) different options for pricing, occupancy, and floor-space, you’re going to find something you like. And thanks to uCribs.com, you can do it in your pajamas.
