Maximum of 2 pets per home. Weight limit for pets is 75.00 lbs. The one-time pet fee is $300.00. No monthly pet rent or security deposit! Cats and most breeds of dogs under 75 lbs are welcome. Please check with a leasing consultant for specific pet guidelines.
