Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly apartment community! You are allowed up to 3 pets, 2 of which may be dogs. The pet fee is $225 The pet rent is $20/month/pet. The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Canary. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
Restrictions: We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders and ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
