Maximum of 2 dogs per home. We are a cat free community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 pet deposit ($150 non-refundable) per pet. Pet rent is $25 per month. There is a weight limit of 55 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
