Includes daily continental breakfast, and you're invited to share dinner if we're cooking it. Bus access: 5-minute walk; get to Metro in 10 or 15 minutes (Ballston Metro - less than 2 miles away). Convenient to all language schools in Arlington and 4 miles to Georgetown (DC). Open kitchen if you want to buy and cook your own meals. Free parking out front, laundry privileges, sheets/towels, and a basketball hoop. Important: We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, all sweet. (They won't come in your bedroom.) About us: We are a professional couple who are well-traveled, friendly, and interested in other cultures, ideas, and ways of thinking. Have hosted many international visitors. Our two kids are away at college but come home from time to time; we frequently have houseguests, and they stay in the upstairs bedrooms. *** ONLY available to international tenants.
