Each unit is 1BR/1BA. Shared heat via locked thermostat on first level. We will have to figure out most efficient way to bill for this.
Each unit has a separate storage area in the basement that is accessible via key – comes with unit rent.
There is a common area in the basement. We are considering installing shared laundry down there for tenant use. Maybe we should go with coin laundry?
There is an old walk in fridge storage shell in the back of the lot. If we removed this we would likely have parking for 2 cars which would really be nice. Not in the current plan but likely something we’ll do in the future.
We’d love to get $750/unit. Each tenant will pay their own BGE and $25 of water. Would be ok with a little less.
