I'm looking for a renter who is clean and will treat my condo well. I am renting this unit out on a month to month basis, and it is currently free to rent as long as desired. I am asking $2,000 a month. This excludes your energy bill, which will be charged in addition. Payment will be required up front, and the lease can start any day of the month.
