- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS:
-This property has 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioning systems. The upstairs thermostat controls upstairs vents and the downstairs thermostats control downstairs vents with the following exception: the downstairs system has a pressure relief that blows into the master bedroom. Without this pressure relief the AC system could ice up. In the winter, if desired, the damper in the attic may be closed to push more warm air into the downstairs. In the summer/fall or whenever AC is used, the damper should be open. This means that whenever the downstairs AC or heat is on, there will also be some central air going to the master bedroom.
-Living room windows that do not open are original and cannot be replaced due to historical designation.
-Fireplace is decorative only and not to be used.
-Refrigerator has two ice makers/water lines and only one is currently operable. Both ice maker/water lines will be provided as-is and will not be repaired or replaced.
-Upstairs mini-fridge provided as-is and will not be repaired or replaced.
-Unit in rear is an Air BnB rental. A maximum of 2 guests are permitted and a property manager cleans and inspects between each turnover. Air BnB guests are permitted to use the trash and recycle bins on property. Entry is through side gate.
