The best benefit living in the Linden is that it's on Main Street and walking distance to anything in downtown Hartford. Travelers, Wadsworth Atheneum, and the Library are across the street. Bushnell Park is a one-minute walk. Imagine enjoying the jazz festival on a summer right outside your condo or walking to the XL Center for a concert (hopefully soon to be as Covid restrictions ease). Awesome restaurants and bars like Max Downtown, Trumbull Kitchen, Salute are all neighbors. Front Street has a movie theater, concert venue, bars, and BEARS BBQ which are a five-minute walk away. The biggest attraction in downtown is the Yard Goats at the highest rated minor league basement stadium in the country. The popular Republic restaurant and bar is part of the Linden commercial space too. Hartford is back and the Linden is in the heart of it all.
Please keep in mind that we have a thorough application process with a complete background, credit, and employment/income verification. There is a minimum credit of 675. We are looking for someone to care for the condo like we have. Tenant pays for heat, electric, hot water. Owner pays for all condo fees, water bill. The condo could have some furniture stay or removed. There is currently a nice couch, breaker, love seat. Garage is included in rent, no additional fee.
