Walking distance to any of your favorite shops, restaurants, bars...etc. and conveniently located to public transportation stops. The front and back door to the building have coded locks on them and gated entry. Upon walking in you are in the common area/staircase. This unit is on the first floor and there are about 5 stairs to get to the level. Once inside the unit you go through a small hallway and are in a spacious living room that has an open concept straight into the kitchen. French doors will lead you out onto the sun porch that is lined with windows and creates a great open air space for you to enjoy privately. Through the kitchen are the two bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. The original hard wood floors are throughout the unit except in the sun room area that is concrete.
