Things to consider:
The “jack and jill” bathroom is shared with the other guest bedroom. The bathroom doors will have a key lock along with a chain lock for additional security. If the door is locked by a guest (guest is not present to open your side of the bathroom), a key can be requested from the host or the top floor private bathroom can be requested for use.
The location makes walking very convenient. However, I only have one visitor parking pass. Long term stays can pay a fee for a parking pass.
