The space includes a full size custom kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom, built in wardrobe closet and bed with drawers below, a linen and vacuum closet, and extensive storage over the kitchen cabinets to maximize functionality. These spaces are designed like a modern Swiss Army Knife, creating all the benefits of a one bedroom in a more efficiently planned space.
Amenities include covered Bicycle Storage, Google Fiber Webpass and available Parking and Storage Units. Most importantly, Cayuca offers a place to live with a smaller carbon footprint. Our spaces require less resources to build, heat and cool and solar provides much of the buildings power needs. Our location minimizes the need to use gas and incentivizes walking and biking. These tiny shifts in our daily life will help to rebuild a more sustainable community.
