***6-month lease: $96/day through June 30, then $99/day for remainder of 6-months.
You don't need to know the departure date when you book. Stay as long as you'd like. Simply submit a 30-day notice to vacate when you are ready.

Cleaning/Prep Fee: $195
Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter.
To secure a reservation, the application must be completed and the fee paid.
