Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. Windows in Apartment 1 and Apartment 3 face an air well. Windows in Apartment 2 and Apartment 4 overlook Eddy Street or Williams Street, offering plenty of natural light. High ceilings create a spacious feel, and the rear fire escape offers a great view west toward downtown Ithaca.All leases are for 12 months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking.
