Pet Policy
Sterling Burbank is a Pet Friendly Community. With written approval from the management team and a signed Pet Addendum by the residents and roommates, we welcome pets at least 1 year of age and 30lbs or less. Regardless of weight, the following breeds or hybrids of dogs are not permitted: Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull (e.g. Pitt Terrier, Staffordshire terrier, APBT, or any other dog that has the substantial physical characteristics and appearance of those breeds), Chow, Wolf Hybrid and Bull Mastiff. This restricted breed list is subject to change without notice.
The following animals are not allowed: birds, rodents of any kind, snakes, frogs, spiders, ferrets, or other exotic animals.
We allow one pet per resident and a maximum of one animal per apartment. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 will be due. Pet rent of $10 will also be charged monthly.
These are the basic guidelines that will help residents determine if their pet is approved and help in determining if this is an option. An animal addendum stating rules beyond the basic guidelines above will fully govern the pet policy.
