Failure to include these items will result in your application being declined. The non-refundable application fee is $39.00 and includes the application and all necessary reports. Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. Applications are required prior to showings and are valid for 60 days.

How our lease works – We only offer a 24-month lease. We do have a buyout clause in our lease if for some reason you need to vacate.
