All of our three and four bedroom apartments come fully furnished. Every apartment includes a full size washer and dryer, and heating and air. We've even included cable TV and internet in your rent, so you can worry less about budgeting for bills. The best part? You get your own bathroom! Yes, every bedroom includes a full in suite bath.
Our apartment and community amenities offer everything you could possibly want. Need to put in some study time? Our Business Center is open 24-hours to help you get the most out of your education. Rather do your studying by the pool? We have WiFi there too, plus a hammock garden and sand volleyball court to relax when it's time to put away the books.
One of the best things about going to USC is the college town atmosphere, and you'll be right in the middle of it at Stadium Suites. Our neighborhood is walking distance from Williams-Brice Stadium, and in close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment venues. We're also close to I-77 and SC-48, so it's a breeze to get to the Charleston beaches, the mountains and anywhere in between.

That's why all of our three and four bedroom apartments come fully furnished – complete with full living, dining, and bedroom packages. The only thing that's left to do is to decide if you want two or three roommates.
In every apartment at Stadium Suites each bedroom comes with its own private in suite bathroom, a full size washer and dryer and tons of storage in each of bedroom-specific storage closet. And don't worry about budgeting for bills. Cable TV, wired internet and WiFi, electricity (generous cap applies) and water are all included in your rent.
Our apartments are also great for entertaining! Invite your friends over for a home-cooked meal then hit the clubhouse for a game of pool.
