Our campus transportation has been upgraded to include a larger bus and extended shuttle hours. We are also upgrading the Wi-Fi and cable on the property, to be faster and more reliable. NorthPointe Student Apartments is now pet friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, $100 refundable deposit, and a $20 pet rent per month. There is a limit of one pet per apartment. Breed restrictions apply at the Manager's discretion. There is also a 50 pound weight limit
