Your Apartment:
- All apartment common area carpet will be replaced with grey vinyl plank flooring
- All apartments are getting the dark upgraded furniture package from common areas to bedrooms! No more light furniture or bulky dressers!
- Most apartments are getting brand new cabinet fronts in their kitchens and bathrooms
Your Community:
- The clubhouse is being remodeled! Starting in March we are getting a pool table to accompany our shuffleboard, some additional bar style seating, multiple TV screens for ultimate sport watching & more!
- The new dog park will be completed by mid March
- Brand new lighting at the volleyball and basketball courts in March

-$300 Pet Deposit, $100 refundable at end of term if not damage is done to unit.

We also have amazing amenities including 24/7 Fitness Gym, 24/7 Business Center, Study Rooms, Stand-up Tanning, TWO pools, and MORE! At The Edge Apartment community, we have individual leases and we do all of our roommate matching by HAND. We do our best to meet all of your preferred items. We are pet friendly and are in the process of getting a dog park installed.
