Working Out Music Meme

Working out and getting into the swing of things can be very tricky. It has been said that it takes 21 days to form a habit including working out. One of the best ways to overcome the dread of working out and turn it into something to enjoy would be to find a great playlist. Although the list can continue for a while, these are the top 47 songs in my work-out playlist in Spotify. Feel free to look at those songs and more on my playlist “Work-Out for 21 Days”.
