Working out and getting into the swing of things can be very tricky. It has been said that it takes 21 days to form a habit including working out. One of the best ways to overcome the dread of working out and turn it into something to enjoy would be to find a great playlist. A playlist that keeps upbeat music and encouraging lyrics to flow through your mind while you continue working out.
