The Level Tucson

There’s levels to apartments.

At the base of this apartment-pyramid are, well, apartments. They’re okay, but they have problems. A bad shower, weird location, funny smell and are dirty, but whatever; you live there. Higher up, thanks to uCribs, you’ll find solid, comfortable places with bonuses instead of drawbacks; yards, porches, roof access, and even party-hostable basements are available through our site. We pride ourselves on offering next-level apartments for the same prices, but sometimes- sometimes- we can take you one level further, towards the very top.

The Level Apartments in Tucson are that level.

Let’s review the basics. First, they’re by The University of Arizona, and are a huge building full of future students, friends, drinking pals, study buddies, and everyone else you’d care to meet. It’s a neighborhood without the walking. You combine the ease of student housing with the freedom of off-campus housing to find a spot where you can walk to class without bursting into a ball of flame in the Arizona heat.

But what else do they have?

Glad you asked.

There’s a pool. There’s a hot tub. There’s a series of stores and restaurants within the building. A yoga studio, a tanning salon and a steam room. Walk around with your college budget and see how many steam rooms you’re going to find. Here’s a hint; not many.

Of course, if building bonuses aren’t your style, take comfort in your room-perks. Free cable, wifi, and HBO, fully ready washers and dryers, and a television. Again; your room has a washer and dryer. No going down to the basement, no going down three blocks to a laundromat; you have them in your room. And a free television with wifi, cable and HBO means you have your Sunday afternoons lined up already.

Unless, of course, you want to use the buildings weights, cardio equipment, or yoga studio. Hey, why not both?

The apartment specifics are gorgeous. There are big windows to give light, managed heating and air conditioning to make sure you’re always comfortable, modern appliances, beautiful furniture and floors…all the things you as a college student don’t care enough to appreciate, they’re there. But you will notice the difference when you visit a friend who lives somewhere else and you think to yourself how there are simply levels to apartments.

Be a friend and show them uCribs. Be smart and click for more on The Level Apartments.
