So you left the house and you were excited to start living independently. You started college at Texas State San Marcos, and then you realized something: you’ve been living in the dorms. They have a grilling area, which is completely necessary to immerse yourself in Texan culture. Come Fourth of July, I’m pretty sure having a grill is a requirement for your Texan citizenship, so you have that going for you.

You’re close to lots of options for shopping including the Tanger Outlets where you’ll find lots of bargains. The amount of money you’ll save from the outlets will more than cover the cost of driving to school.

The Palazzo’s recently updated units feature brand new cabinetry, energy efficient appliances with a brushed steel finish, keeping the apartments looking great. The Palazzo offers a number of different floor plans, great if you want to live alone or with a few friends. Here’s the best part: included in your rent is high-speed internet. I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking “whaaaaaaaattt?!” But yes; the answer is yes. That’s not all either. There’s a billiard hall, and they’ve got washers and dryers–inside the unit. Try getting that in a student living community (hint: you can’t).

Do you have a dog? If you do, you’ll love this: they have a dog park! Do you hate dogs? You should love this too, because all the dogs will be in the park, and not in your business.

Besides all the nice perks, all the wonderful amenities, and the sense of freedom and invigorating independence you’ll feel when living here, it’s just a nice place. It’s really well managed. They keep it clean. The pictures on the website? That’s the way the place actually looks, at all times.
