Parking is free and on-street on the block in front of the apartment building. Please note that the Central West End is home to a number of bars and restaurants. While these establishments make the neighborhood great, they also attract many visitors. This can make parking a challenge, especially in the evenings and on weekends. You will almost always be able to find a parking spot, but it may not be right in front of the building.
You don't need a car to live here. The location is second-to-none in St. Louis. The apartment is on McPherson at Euclid, in the heart of the Central West End.
Walk to Forest Park, Washington University Medical Center & Barnes Hospital. One-of-a-kind historic architecture, restaurants, coffee houses, and all kinds of shopping are footsteps away. Walk to Whole Foods or Aldi. Transit is easy, via a short walk to Metrolink, the city's regional rail system.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.

The apartment has hardwood flooring, updated electric, and lots of storage space for its size.
The location is fantastic. It is easy to walk or bike to all the best of the city from here. Transit is easily accessible, via a short walk to Metrolink, the city's regional rail line. Walk to Barnes Hospital, Whole Foods, Aldi, St. Louis Public Library (and so much more). While you would probably find it easiest to live here without a car, parking is free and on-street in front of the building.
