While these establishments make the neighborhood great, they also attract many visitors. This can make parking a challenge, especially in the evenings and on weekends. You will almost always be able to find a parking spot, but it may not be right in front of the building.
You don't need a car to live here. The location is second-to-none in St. Louis. The apartment is on McPherson at Euclid, in the heart of the Central West End.
Walk to Forest Park, Washington University Medical Center & Barnes Hospital. One-of-a-kind historic architecture, restaurants, coffee houses, and all kinds of shopping are footsteps away. Walk to Whole Foods or Aldi. Transit is easy, via a short walk to Metrolink, the city's regional rail system.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
