Small table in kitchen and separate large dining room with dry bar. 65" ultra-high-def tv and electric fireplace in the living room. Residents keep a neat house and are a mix of graduate students and working people. There are two kitties in the house. Limited off-street parking but there may be a space open.
This co-op shares a private fenced-in backyard and patio with the new carriage house at the back of the lot, which is a separate 6-bedroom co-op. Covered, lockable bike storage. Extremely convenient bus stop just around the corner, and a short walk to the main bus hub. Tenants are currently installing a large raised-bed garden in the enclosed backyard area.
