The house is centrally located and about 5-10 min to Louisville, 20 minutes to Boulder, 25 minutes to Longmont and 30 min to Denver. At this time I am not considering pets. I have an 8 year old dog who would do best as the only dog on the property. No smoking inside the apartment or on the property.
