Come check out this island ting! Can I say that? Hope so- because this place is an absolute wave, baby. Minus the sand between ur toes, 'nd booty cheeks! Sunshine, blue skies, beachy bathroom tile- earthy, vintage Hawaiian vibe kitchen cabinets (work with me here, people)- the only thing you're missing is a Tommy Bahama shirt and novelty Jimmy Buffet/Margaritaville parrot.
2BR/1BA on the first floor, with a cozy kitchen, space to dine, and a large, open living area.
5 stars to the previous tenants for leaving their washer and dryer in the basement! (but since they're ~not ours~ we don't conduct maintenance, etc... just a heads up!)
Otherwise, w/d hookups in basement, first-come-first-served off-street parking option... if that's full, it's street parking!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
