It's just me and my husband here in the main house which sits on a 2+ acre lot that backs up to the Cumberland River. There is a beautiful view if you walk back to the Ridge, but no direct water access. The sunrise is beautiful if the clouds aren't too thick! We even have a bald eagle that visits.
This location has easy access to the interstate to get to any area of Nashville you may need to go. Most can be reached in 20 minutes or less.
The home is all inclusive, including YouTube TV service, so all you will need are your personal items! We are still finalizing details, but will be ready for you!! I am an experienced host for short and mid term stays. I can provide references. Pics will be updated as things are pulled together.
We do require a background/credit check. 90day min lease.
